I draw on the ancient wisdom of yoga, the practice of asana, breathing techniques, visualizations and meditation to guide the student in their healing and transformation process.


Pilar de la Campa


I am a yoga teacher and postural therapist with over 25 years of experience. I trained and became certified with some of the wold’s best teachers: Herta Rogg in Mexico City, Dona Holleman in Italy, and Faeq and Corine Biria in The Iyengar Yoga Center in Paris, France, where I was a student for 10 years.

For the last five years, I have been studying the visual system with Bénédicte Pelink, from the Art de Voir Association based in France, and I became an instructor of the Bates Method, a natural approach to improving eyesight and vision.

I also hold certification as a personal trainer and professional fitness trainer from Strong, Stretched and Centered, Maui, Hawaii.

My pedagogy is clear, effective, and creative, which has allowed me to help my students relieve pain, restore and improve movement, and in some cases, avoid surgery. I speak Spanish, English and French.

Yoga

Individual and group sessions, designed to adapt to the student’s level, abilities, and physical condition. In-person and Zoom sessions in Spanish, English and French.

Postural therapy

They aim to correct problems and address specific conditions, focusing on pain management and rehabilitation. Through a diagnosis, a customized program, progression and personalized support in private sessions.

Sana vision

Is a natural method to improve eyesight and the natural functioning of the eyes. Through mental, muscular, and ocular relaxation, exercises, memory and imagination, as well as the implementation of new visual habits sight can improve.
